Returns & Refunds Policy

At Workplace Design UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

  • Free Delivery: All products are delivered at no extra cost across the UK.
  • 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Free Returns: Sending your product back is completely free of charge.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges where practical.

Eligibility

  • Standard stocked items only
  • Requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

What can be exchanged

  • Same product in a different size or specification
  • Alternative items of equal or higher value, subject to availability

Exclusions

  • Made to order or bespoke products
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Items unsuitable for resale due to hygiene, safety or compliance reasons

Costs & process

  • Returns for a refund are free of charge
  • Returns requested for an exchange are subject to return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly
  • All returned items must be approved and inspected
  • Replacement items are dispatched after approval
  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in line with our refunds policy

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple packing guidance.
  3. Send It Back: Attach the label, drop the parcel off at the nearest courier point, and keep your proof of postage.
  4. Get Refunded: Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be issued within 5 working days.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
