At Workplace Design UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns work:
- Free Delivery: All products are delivered at no extra cost across the UK.
- 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Free Returns: Sending your product back is completely free of charge.
- Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges where practical.
Eligibility
- Standard stocked items only
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
What can be exchanged
- Same product in a different size or specification
- Alternative items of equal or higher value, subject to availability
Exclusions
- Made to order or bespoke products
- Clearance or discontinued items
- Items unsuitable for resale due to hygiene, safety or compliance reasons
Costs & process
- Returns for a refund are free of charge
- Returns requested for an exchange are subject to return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly
- All returned items must be approved and inspected
- Replacement items are dispatched after approval
- If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in line with our refunds policy
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple packing guidance.
- Send It Back: Attach the label, drop the parcel off at the nearest courier point, and keep your proof of postage.
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be issued within 5 working days.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
